The primary focus of volunteers at this time is our "Signature Brigade". To allow Gina Carr to run as an Independent Candidate for the State House of Representatives we must first collect a minimum of 1,213 valid signatures from voters in the House District 20. To ensure we have enough signatures we must collect well over that minimum requirement. The following requirements must be met:

• Signature must be signed exactly as it is on the voter registration record
• Signature, printed name, address and telephone number must be legible so that they can be validated
• Signature must be from a voter registered in House District 20

If you would like to sign this petition please contact Gina's campaign headquarters to make arrangements. Better yet, join the "Signature Brigade" and speak to your friends and neighbors about this opportunity. Remember, this is a petition to get Gina on the ballot so that the incumbent isn't automatically elected. There are no challengers of any party at this time. Your own party affiliation is not important in this signature process. We need any registered voter in House District 20 to sign this petition. We must give voters a choice this November.

Placement of signs, monetary contributions, literature distribution and opportunities for public speaking are just a few things we need to make this a successful campaign. Once Gina is on the ballot these other volunteer areas will need to be filled.
